1. INTRODUCTION & LEGAL NOTICE

This Unified Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use, access, contribution, integration, and interaction with Trade MH’s materials, frameworks, systems, and content, and applies to all users, contributors, visitors, contractors, entities, or institutions (“User” or “You”) interacting with the website, conceptual assets, documentation, or internal mechanisms developed by Trade MH, LLC, a Delaware-registered company (“Trade MH”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By viewing, using, accessing, submitting to, or interacting with any part of our platform or materials, You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in full. If You do not accept all provisions, You must immediately discontinue all use.

2. SCOPE OF COVERAGE

This Agreement applies to:

• All Trade MH conceptual architectures and documents
• All intellectual frameworks and visual assets
• Any written, symbolic, or code-based representations
• Any submitted contributions from outside parties
• Any hosted content including proprietary or symbolic language
• Any references to internal systems or protocols (e.g., UIP, SDL, IVL)

It does not constitute a grant of access to live operational systems, back-end frameworks, or internal datasets unless separately authorized.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, replicate, or derive works from Trade MH content
• Use any content for commercial gain, resale, or licensing
• Reverse-engineer any conceptual framework or technical model
• Claim association, endorsement, or partnership with Trade MH
• Present Trade MH materials out of context, in misleading ways
• Circumvent any technical or conceptual access protections
• Integrate content into advertising, marketing, or promotional activities
• Use the platform or its content in any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading way

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

All content, language, frameworks, graphics, diagrams, names, phrases, slogans, symbols, or software components presented under Trade MH are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Trade MH, LLC, and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting any ownership, license, or reuse right—express or implied.

All rights are reserved.

5. CONTRACTOR / CONTRIBUTOR IP ASSIGNMENT

If You are contributing, collaborating, or submitting any material (code, content, diagrams, language, data models, whitepapers, etc.), You hereby agree to the following:

• All intellectual property created in connection with Trade MH shall be automatically and unconditionally assigned to Trade MH, LLC.
• You waive all moral rights, and grant exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, and use the contribution without attribution.
• You agree that all such work is “work made for hire”, to the maximum extent allowed under law.
• You warrant that You have the legal right to assign such IP and are not violating any third-party agreement.

6. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY (SUMMARY)

• Trade MH operates in a data-minimized mode.
• We do not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided via secure submission.
• We do not sell, share, rent, or track user data.
• We do not use behavioral analytics, third-party marketing cookies, or cross-site profiling tools.
• Minimal metadata may be collected for technical operation and security only.

7. NON-AFFILIATION & NO ENDORSEMENT

Trade MH, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any external company, government agency, sovereign entity, AI laboratory, compute provider, or regulatory body—including, but not limited to:

• Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Google, Amazon, NVIDIA, OpenAI
• Any government, defense, or intelligence institution
• Any cloud or AI ecosystem

References to such names are contextual only and do not imply partnership, mandate, sponsorship, or validation.

8. NON-EMPLOYMENT & NON-PARTNERSHIP NOTICE

This Agreement does not create:

• An employment relationship
• A business partnership or joint venture
• An agency relationship
• Any fiduciary duty
• Any authorization to act on behalf of Trade MH

No rights, mandates, or obligations shall be implied.

9. LICENSE TERMS (IF TOOLS OR FRAMEWORKS ARE ACCESSED)

If Trade MH provides access to any conceptual framework, internal software, data model, or utility tool, it is under the following conditions:

• License is strictly non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable, and granted for exploration and testing only.
• No public use, resale, modification, or redistribution is allowed.
• Trade MH may revoke access at any time, with or without reason.
• The license is offered “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind.

10. LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All content is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
• We make no guarantees about uptime, security, performance, accuracy, compliance, or outcome.
• Trade MH disclaims all liability for:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, access, or opportunity
  • Misinterpretation of symbolic or conceptual content
  • Decisions made based on future-state or illustrative descriptions

Your use of any Trade MH material is at your own sole risk.

11. COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY STATUS

Unless otherwise explicitly declared:

• Trade MH does not claim or imply compliance with ISO, SOC2, NIST, FIPS, GDPR, CPRA, DORA, or any certification.
• Descriptions such as “zero exposure” or “sovereign design” are philosophical or conceptual in nature and not to be interpreted literally.
• Any perceived compliance should be independently verified by the User.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY & RESTRICTED ACCESS

If You are provided private, early-stage, or restricted documentation, software, or access keys:

• You agree to treat such materials as confidential
• You may not disclose, redistribute, or discuss such materials externally
• All such content remains the property of Trade MH
• Breach of confidentiality may result in legal consequences

13. MODIFICATIONS

Trade MH reserves the right to:

• Modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice
• Publish updates that become effective immediately upon release
• Terminate access for violations, at its sole discretion

Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement is governed by:

• The laws of the State of Delaware, United States
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware

No other jurisdiction shall apply, regardless of user location.

SEVERABILITY

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full force.
